An Obstacle Course Race, also called OCR, is a type of training/workout course that consists of a series of challenges and obstacles that participants must overcome to complete the course. This can include things such as the Irish Table, Rope Climb, Over/Under and the A-frame.
At NOORD, we have developed OCR equipment for an obstacle course that can be used as a fun and challenging way to train and increase strength, endurance, balance and coordination.
The equipment can be arranged in any order depending on the size of the area and users’ requirements for the track.

An obstacle course is a training gain
An OCR track can be used as a different training experience, as a supplement to daily training. Training on an obstacle course challenges the athlete in new and motivating ways, where strength and endurance are in particular the focus.
OCR courses can be set up in a variety of locations, including near gyms, in parks or in more pristine outdoor areas.
OCR Courses are also an obvious way to create variety for the local running club and it would be obvious to place an obstacle course near the city’s popular running routes.
