OCR Horizontal Ladder – Double – Challenging Outdoor Training Equipment for OCR Courses
The OCR Horizontal Ladder – Double, like the other training equipment in the OCR series, is made of rust-protected, powder-coated steel, as well as stainless steel. The OCR Horizontal Ladder – Double is 2.3 meters high and consists of 6 vertical Ø114 mm steel pipes. Between the 6 vertical posts, there are 2 stainless steel handhold bars. On one side, there is a stepping plate to assist the user in reaching the handhold bars. To ensure a long lifespan and environmentally friendly surface treatment, the six vertical posts are e-coated and subsequently powder-coated. The stainless steel components are electropolished.
On the OCR Horizontal Ladder – Double, users start at one end of the equipment and use their arms and upper body to climb across the handhold bars. An important factor in mastering the OCR Horizontal Ladder is having strength and endurance in the upper body, as well as the ability to maintain the correct body position while climbing across the handhold bars. This equipment trains coordination and strength to prevent falling.
This equipment allows for two people to complete the obstacle at the same time, which is a great advantage for occasional competitions on the OCR course.
