An obstacle course is a training gain
An OCR track can be used as a different training experience, as a supplement to daily training. Training on an obstacle course challenges the athlete in new and motivating ways, where strength and endurance are in focus.
OCR equipment can be set up in a variety of locations, including near gyms, in parks or in different outdoor areas.
OCR Courses are also an obvious way to create variety for local running clubs and it would be an obvious choice to place an obstacle course near popular running routes in cities.
