Each piece of equipment from the “Spirerne” series is designed to be used for stretching as well as strength training. Each piece can be used for multiple exercises which makes them multifunctional. As an example the Spirer Box can be used for box jumping, step-ups and inclined push-ups.

NOORD outdoor gym equipment is made from long lasting materials such as steel or EPDM rubber. Our steel is rust protected and has a powder varnish that protects the equipment from getting scratches. EPDM rubber is known for its incredible resistance to changing temperatures and weather conditions.
According to Danish building regulations outdoor exercise equipment must be planned and erected in accordance with the European Safety regulations called DS/EN 16630. All of NOORD’s equipment live up to these regulations and our consultants can guide you to get your outdoor gym in compliance with the regulations.
A decent sized outdoor garden gym is typically 5m x 4m. However, the size of your garden gym depends on the amount of gym equipment you need, or would like to have, and how many people use it. For two people 5m x 4m is a reasonable size.
