The fitness equipment from NOORD is part of the ”Spirer” series, which consists of 21 different pieces of equipment designed for public use in parks, school grounds, residential areas and rooftop terraces.
NOORD’s elegant take on an outdoor jump box is made of rust-protected, powder-coated steel and has a non-slip top plate, making it a versatile, safe and durable piece of training equipment.
Powder-coated, rust-protected steel is an extremely robust and durable material that not only withstands harsh outdoor weather conditions, but is also easy to clean and maintain. NOORD’s jump box is easy to install, comes in three different heights, and can be used by both beginners and advanced users.
A jump box can be used for plyometric training, which are special training exercises where the body’s muscles exert maximum force over shorter periods of time. In doing so, it can help to increase muscle strength, improve coordination, increase endurance and improve jumping power, which is important in sports such as basketball, football and volleyball. This can be achieved through exercises such as box jumps, step-ups and burpee box jumps. You can vary your workout by doing combinations of exercises, such as box jumps followed by push-ups or squats, making the jump box a very versatile piece of training equipment.
